Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, professional customer focused person to join our closely knit, talented Customer Service Team as our new Customer Service Representative. Our CSRs pride themselves on providing our customers with an exceptional level of customer care, building strong relationships and enriching their overall experience. This is a diverse role where you will work closely with departments across the business to ensure our customers receive accurate and timely information.

What will I be doing?

• Managing and building customer relationships
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Identifying customer needs and uncovering solutions
• Providing up to date and accurate information

What will I need?

• Solid customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Be customer focused with a high level of professionalism
• Be detail oriented
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Be self-managing with a strong work ethic

Experience in the transport, logistics or service related environments would be advantageous.
