Logistics Coordinator

Hall's Storage, part of the Hall’s Group, is a leading temperature-controlled storage and logistics provider. We are seeking a capable and organised Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound operations and ensure product is dispatched accurately, safely, and on time.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning and scheduling daily outbound loads
• Coordinating container loading, local orders, and returns
• Checking counts, labelling, shipping marks, and documentation accuracy
• Liaising with warehouse teams to ensure product availability
• Coordinating with trucking companies, shipping lines, and ports
• Managing customer communication and confirming contract requirements
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety standards

This is a hands-on coordination role requiring attention to detail, forward planning, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced cold storage environment.

 

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer service (warehousing preferred)
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Confidence working with documentation and Microsoft Office systems
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritise and problem-solve
• Physical resilience to work in chilled or frozen environments
• A strong safety mindset
