Training Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and skilled person to join our team as our new Training Manager.
Working across different business units, this diverse role will see you identify training needs, develop training solutions and deliver engaging training that supports our people.
You will also have the opportunity to manage our talented team of Driver Trainers, working closely with them to allocate and schedule training assessments and observations.
What will you be doing
- Identifying training needs
- Uncovering and developing training solutions
- Creating training programmes and proposals
- Delivering training in person and on line
- Managing our Driver Training Team
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Solid experience in training needs analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in designing training programmes
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Solid people management experience
- Confident communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Previous training experience in blue collar, logistics or a transport organisation is desirable.
